Refund policy
All sales are final once the seal is broken.
An exchange must be done within SEVEN (7) BUSINESS DAYS from the delivery date. THE SEAL MUST BE UNBROKEN.
The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, Uncombed, Not Brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange!!
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they have a manufacturer defect or damage. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at beceauxtensions@gmail.com and once approved, return your item to the return address on the package.
Shipping
To return your product, you should first send an email to beceauxtensions@gmail.com for review and once the return method is approved, send your item to the return address as instructed. Customers will be billed for missing parts and/or repackaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted along with handling costs from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
